Peanut Butter Banana Power Shake
A creamy, protein-packed breakfast blend of banana, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter infused with our Apple-Bran Fiber Blend for smooth digestion and lasting energy.
Instructions
- Ingredients:
- 1 scoop (10 g) Apple-Bran Fiber Blend, 1 medium banana, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, ¾ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, 2%), 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice), 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional), 3–4 ice cubes, Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve chilled — enjoy a filling 25 g+ protein breakfast with ~8 g of fiber.
Apple-Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Wake up to cozy apple-cinnamon oats layered with Greek yogurt and our fiber blend for a satisfying, high-fiber start to your day.
Instructions
- Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats, 1 scoop (10 g) Apple-Bran Fiber Blend, ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, ½ apple, diced small, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp chia seeds (optional), 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional), Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar or container
- Stir well to combine and seal.
- Refrigerate overnight (minimum 6 hours).
- In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or warmed up.
- Top with sliced almonds or extra apple pieces if desired. Nutrition Boost: ~10 g fiber, 20 g protein per serving.
